For FCA I was tasked with exploring a way that chat and search could occur within the product page. The idea was to engage where users where they are and not expect them to leave the place that they have the question to go somewhere to ask the question. We also had analytics that show that the location we were looking at inserting this chat bot was a place where many users paused on their scroll.
