Interval International is the world’s leading timeshare exchange. One of the tasks I was given was to think through the on boarding process and to explore some ways that II could learn about there clients in an effort to better recommend the type of stays that they would be interested in. Below are some of the wires of this exploration, where I was trying to find interesting, interactive ways to ask questions.
